AI Advantage Map

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 July 2026

Our whole product exists to help businesses keep their data safe when they use AI. So it would be odd if we were careless with yours. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

1. Who We Are

The AI Advantage Map is owned and operated by JYSTIS INC ("we", "us", "our"), a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada. When this policy talks about "you", it means the person or business using our website and assessment.

2. The Short Version

  • We collect what we need to run your assessment, deliver your report, and take payment. Nothing more.
  • We never feed your business or customer data into public, free-tier AI tools.
  • We keep your assessment data for a short, defined window and then delete it.
  • We only share data with the trusted providers that run our payments, hosting, and email.
  • You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time.

3. What We Collect

CategoryWhat it includesWhy
Assessment inputs Your answers to the assessment, plus optional context (company name, industry, employee count, whether staff use public AI tools, the data types you handle) To generate your personalized score and report
Contact details Name and email address To deliver your report and send account or purchase communications
Payment data Payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details, but we do not store your full card number To take and confirm your $397 purchase
Technical data Basic usage and device information such as IP address, browser type, and session data To keep the tool secure, working, and to enforce one-assessment-per-payment

The company name field is optional. If you would rather keep it private, you can skip it and your report simply refers to "your organisation". That choice is yours by design.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and deliver your assessment score, report, and 90-day action plan.
  • To process your payment and confirm your purchase.
  • To give you access to your results for your 30-day access window.
  • To send you your report and related service messages.
  • To send you our newsletter and follow-up emails, where you have consented (see Section 9).
  • To keep our systems secure and prevent misuse.
  • To respond to your questions and support requests.

5. Our Privacy Commitment

Because this is the core of what we teach, we hold ourselves to it:

  • We do not enter your business or customer information into free or consumer-grade public AI tools.
  • Where any tool is used to help operate our service, it runs on a business-tier plan with a data-processing agreement and training opt-out.
  • We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
  • We collect the minimum we need, and we delete it on a schedule (Section 8).

6. Who We Share Data With

We use a small set of trusted service providers to run the business. Each only receives what they need to do their job.

ProviderRoleWhat they handle
StripePayment processingYour payment and billing details
GoHighLevelCRM and email deliveryYour name, email, and communication history
Digital OceanWebsite and application hostingStores and serves the app and its data

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing.

7. Where Your Data Is Processed

Some of our providers (such as Stripe, GoHighLevel, and Digital Ocean) store or process data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. By using our service you understand your data may be processed in those locations, under the laws that apply there. We choose providers that maintain recognised security and data-protection standards.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

Assessment data: You have access to your results for 30 days from the date you submit your answers. After that window closes, we permanently delete your assessment inputs and generated report within a further 30 days. In practice, your assessment data is held for no longer than roughly 60 days from submission.

  • The exception: if you become a Done-For-You client, we retain your report as the working document for that engagement, and delete it in line with your service agreement once the work is complete.
  • Contact and marketing data: we keep your name and email while you are subscribed to our communications, and remove you from active marketing when you unsubscribe.
  • Payment records: Stripe and our own accounting records are retained for the period required by Canadian tax and business law.

So save your PDF. It is your document to keep. Once the window closes and the deletion runs, we cannot recover it for you.

9. Email and Anti-Spam (CASL)

When you purchase, or opt in, we may add you to our newsletter and follow-up email sequence. We follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): we only send commercial email where we have your consent or an existing business relationship, we identify ourselves clearly, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will stop.

10. Cookies and Similar Tools

We use essential cookies and session storage to keep the assessment working, hold your progress, and enforce access rules. We may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may stop the assessment from functioning.

11. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your data, subject to any legal retention we must keep.
  • Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.

To make any of these requests, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and business-tier providers with their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if anything goes wrong.

13. Age Requirement

Our service is for business use by adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes may also be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
