Terms & Conditions

These terms set out the deal between you and JYSTIS INC when you buy and use the AI Advantage Map. They are written to be clear, not clever. By purchasing or using the assessment, you agree to them.

1. Who You Are Agreeing With

The AI Advantage Map is provided by JYSTIS INC ("we", "us", "our"), a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada, at 5-519 Dundas Street West, Ontario, L6M 5K3. In these terms, "you" means the person or business purchasing or using the service.

2. Accepting These Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the AI Advantage Map, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Who Can Use It

The AI Advantage Map is a business tool intended for business owners and leaders. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

4. What You Are Buying

The AI Advantage Map is a paid diagnostic assessment. For a one-time fee of $397, you receive:

  • Access to complete a structured AI-readiness assessment.
  • A personalized results page showing your score, key gaps, and priority signals.
  • A downloadable report that includes your answers, your full results, and a personalized 90-day action plan.
  • Access to your results for 30 days from the date you submit your answers.

One payment equals one assessment. Your assessment locks once you submit your answers. This creates a single, honest snapshot and cannot be retaken on the same payment. If you want to reassess later, that is a new purchase.

5. What The Report Is, And Is Not

The AI Advantage Map is an informational and strategic tool. It gives you a structured diagnostic and a recommended plan based on the answers you provide.

It is not legal, financial, tax, compliance, or professional advice, and it does not create a professional-client relationship. Any figures, time-savings, or headcount estimates are illustrative and based on general research, not a guarantee of the results your specific business will achieve. You are responsible for the decisions you make. For formal compliance or legal opinions, consult a qualified professional.

6. Payment and Pricing

  • Payment is made in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Prices are shown on our website and may change at any time, but a change does not affect a purchase you have already made.
  • Any promotional or launch pricing is at our discretion and available only while offered.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Refund Policy

Because the AI Advantage Map is a digital product that is delivered the moment you submit your answers, the fee is non-refundable once you submit your assessment.

That said, we care about you getting real value. If something is not right, talk to us. If you have a genuine concern about your results or experience, contact us and we will work with you until you are satisfied, whether that means clarifying your report, correcting an error, or helping you get the most from your plan. We would rather fix the problem than leave you unhappy.

8. Access and Your Download

  • Your results are viewable for 30 days from submission. After that, the access window closes.
  • Your downloadable report is the product you keep. Please download and save it. Once your access window closes and our deletion schedule runs (see the Privacy Policy), we cannot recover it for you.
  • Access is for you and your organisation. Please do not share your paid access credentials with people outside your business.

9. Intellectual Property

The AI Advantage Map, including the assessment questions, the scoring method, the report structure, the templates, and all related content, is the intellectual property of JYSTIS INC and is protected by law.

  • What you get: your personalized report is yours to keep, use inside your business, and share with your own team.
  • What you may not do: copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or reverse-engineer the assessment questions, scoring engine, or report framework, or use them to build a competing product.

10. Acceptable Use

When using the service, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or the one-assessment-per-payment rule.
  • Interfere with, probe, or attempt to break the security of the service.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe anyone's rights.
  • Scrape, extract, or reproduce our content or questions.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

11. Done-For-You Engagements

The AI Advantage Map may lead to a separate Done-For-You (DFY) consulting engagement. That engagement is governed by its own service agreement, not by these terms. A few things worth stating up front:

  • If you proceed to a DFY engagement, your $397 assessment fee is credited against that engagement and deducted from your first invoice.
  • Any third-party software or subscription costs required to deliver your DFY engagement (for example automation tools) are not included in our service fee. Those are paid by you directly to the relevant provider, and are removed from what we charge.
  • Specific scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are set out in your individual DFY agreement.

12. Third-Party Tools

Our service and any recommendations may reference or rely on third-party tools and providers (such as Stripe, GoHighLevel, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of those third parties. Your use of any third-party tool is subject to that provider's own terms.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to make it accurate and useful, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular business outcome will result from following the report. You use the service and act on its recommendations at your own discretion.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JYSTIS INC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. In any case, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the AI Advantage Map is limited to the amount you paid us for the assessment. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Ontario or Canadian law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to hold JYSTIS INC harmless from any claims or losses arising out of your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Communications

When you purchase or opt in, we may send you your report, service messages, and, where you have consented, our newsletter and follow-up emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). See our Privacy Policy for detail.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always show the current version. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
